Business Consulting Spain–Albania
If you are considering entering another market or need support to develop your business there, I can help you connect with the right professionals.
From the first step
I can get involved from the early stages, when important decisions still need to be made: how the local market works, what is expected of a foreign company, who to approach, and which procedures and deadlines need to be taken into account.
My role is to provide practical insight to help you weigh your options before making any commitments.
If you’re considering investing in Albania, starting a business there or, from Albania, working with partners and clients in Spain, our first conversation can help clarify the initial questions and identify the right people to approach in each country.

How I handle a meeting

I take part before, during and after each meeting, so that what is said is understood the same way by everyone and turns into clear agreements.

Representation in dealings with third parties
I take an active role in my clients’ projects, managing matters on their behalf and acting as their representative in dealings with partners, companies and other business contacts, always within the agreed scope of authority.
I am available for in-person meetings and international travel when required. I can assist with both one-off assignments and long-term collaborations, following up on activities and commitments to ensure continuity.
Two countries, one point of contact
Language, documentation and procedures on both sides, with one person who knows both systems and makes sure everyone involved in each operation is moving in the same direction.
